Your CEO is the one that talked about a visit from the SEC last month. He seemed to think a visit from the SEC was a good thing and was quite open about it. Almost seemed proud to have a visitor but never said anything after the supposed visit about what happened.

The Hawaiian investors that Joel screwed over were the ones that talked about the more recent SEC visit in a post here on this board. They were quite specific about it. So, two visits from the SEC in a month - fun times!

What do you think - is the SEC visiting Joel a good thing? Does the SEC hand out "Ethical Miner of the Year Awards"?
