There's just no way around it in my opinion. This Bioheart/USRM experiment is just about ready to fall off the cliff into a very dark abyss.
Kristy and Miguel sell alternative medicine in the form of these kits that nobody has any idea what actually makes up those kits. Those kits seems to be made by Kristy's family, as best we can tell, who were formerly in the food service business. (Are these kits made from Rice Krispy?)
These characters simply live off selling shares to willing idiots that think because the stock is at 30 cents, it's a bargain.
The torrential dilution for even small amounts of cash and the lawsuits from what I consider medical experiments on people is just ending in disaster. In my opinion, the only reason for keeping this company afloat is to make money for family members by selling those mystery kits to alternative medicine clinics.
This company will end once Kristy and Miguel can no longer receive their pay checks.
