Anyone know why shares OS is 19,663,666, but loss per share calculated using 17,824 close to a 2M delta?

•Cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, 2015 was $18.5 million when combined with restricted cash of $5.0 million related to the Wells Fargo credit facility

Based on 30SEP Q they are up approx. $3M in cash, but not sure why not decreased by the $6M they just reported as loss. Certain they didn't sell $9M worth of shares.
