Being tied in with Terra Tech was a huge red flag that I should have seen from the beginning. It never sat well with me either that our CEO was also the CFO of that company.

No mention of any deal between the two companies in any of their filings, just like the deals for the various products that Inergetics bought over the years from people that worked for them.

The CSO (Carl Germano) left the company shortly after dealing his line of products to Inergetics to supposedly work on writing a book, when in reality he was going in with a small startup company focused on CBDs.
