I get that buying at 20- 50cent a share and that they added 2.5 billion shares it devalue those shares that were bought at a over price at the time. but claiming because the funding has happen makes it a scam is wrong.

No one should have been buying shares base that idea at those price back over 3 years ago.
that is the fault of the buyer not tcel !!!
