I believe they are just blowing smoke, I doubt any progress has been made on any product. It would have been listed on the clinical trials list. The preferred class A are not exempt from the RS the conversion ratio still is in place.

The warrants are where the protection is for Ms. Swan, Mr. Groman, and I believe Nanobeak has some warrants as well. Also each of the officers were issued warrants which probably have the same protection. Unfortunately it was done right in front of us, got to do a better job reading those 10Qs and 10Ks.
