As i see it there were only about 72,000 trade in late 2012 and 2013 of prices up to 20 cent before tcel bought the lic. So i guess you are talking about the shares that were sold before that at every high prices. I am guess maybe some bought in at those price, thus where you feel there is a scam !!!! ???


i myself have only bought tcel under 01 cent
