Stock Up 33% in Last Week

Why would the stock go anywhere but up? What is it you don't like...the company now has cash and can increase their distribution, they will be in 25,000 stores and are projecting profitability this year. Is it that alkaline water in one of the hottest niches in one of the hottest sectors. Is it that the structure is now very clean and the stock trades at a dramatic discount to its peer group?

Also, I want the leader of my company to be well incentivized and any dilutive effects of performance options are only a factor if the stock does very well.
