The auditors indicated that they would need to do a separate audit of Vapolution but since the 10-K was already late, it was decided that it would be impractical to complete this on time. Consequently, it was decided to temporarily write off the investment as an impairment until the audit can be performed at a later date, probably in 3FQ15. Nevertheless, the acquisition is still on track and they are targeting about 1,000 units or roughly $100,000 to $150,000 in Vapolution revenue for the coming year.
