EFIR has basically filed with the SEC to be delisted. So no it will not rise since it will not even be available to be traded. The only good news being this isn't a permanent status. They will be able to reapply in the future if they wish. Now whether or not they will receive approval no one will know until and IF they apply for reinstatement. That based on my understanding of the rule being applied in this situation. GLTY and all with EFIR
