Zwipe claims that their card works off power harvested outside the card. No way can a fingerprint scanner processor be powered this way. The amount of power required to power a processor to perform a fingerprint scan is multiple times more than what can be harvested this way. This is just scientifically impossible, Zwipe admits they do not have an internal rechargeable battery. They are still working on their “harvested” energy fantasy.
