2/2/16 Conclusion: This bear market rally has not been accompanied by the same energy as the previous decline.

Price moved high enough to clear short-term oversold conditions and now that those conditions have been cleared, it appears the rally may be over.

IT indicators are not deeply oversold anymore so a resumption of the major bear market trend won't overextend them that much before the next minor rally.
