PPS of $.0001 says it all.
$5m in bullshit and toxic debt up the wahzoo.
And their only actual asset at the last filing was A/R of $110k, which is completely offset by A/P in an equal amount.
Plus 200k in loans (Toxic). Most of which are in default.
Plus whatever borrowing (really, really toxic) they've done since the last filing.
