The fact is that there was no 200 store roll out. Just as there was no 500 store roll out that Eric mentioned a few years back.
The update also makes this statement.

That to turned out to be a lie because the president of BlauAire there have been NO changes to the product and that there has been no association between BlauAire and winning Brads for nearly a year.
