From an outside perspective that would seem like a win-win. Kallo gets ownership of the manufacturing of their key mobile and modular units, can secure supply and have immense financial leverage which would be crucial in long term execution of additional contracts globally.

ITD can get equity in a publicly traded company that benefits stakeholders and likely supports the current aspects of their business. Also ensures their participation long term as these products roll out globally..

Some form of JV makes a lot of sense, IMO..
