People receiving updates have demonstrated loyalty
to the plight of the BCIT shareholders who have never received the true and valid shares for which they paid their money to the brokers. Many of those shareholders have been or are currently involved in litigation.
The brokers, DTC and FINRA are closely monitoring all BCIT-related sites. Publicly posting update information jeopardizes all efforts on behalf of the BCIT shareholders.
Those posting update information on these sites and asking questions of their content are suspect, as well, IMO.
Some ask questions to which they already know the answer. Instead, one should be questioning the ethics of the brokers, DTC and FINRA.
Those who have been removed from the mailing list already know the reason(s) why, as well.
Of course this is all IMO.
