There is no scam here, It is a idea that is still in play.
The idea of a scam would be for the controls of the scam to make money. I see no one that made money off of TCEL stock but the scammer of the fake PR which was not TCEL !!! Therefor TCEL is no a Scam !!!!

The stock is trading and if any one wants to sell out at 0001, i am sure there are buyers at that price. !!!!! NOT JUST ME !!!
