WHY did this company go PUBLIC ???? there are shell companies that have more trades than this operating company. what is the reason this company is not acting as an operating company?? they say they have an office in New York City, then why haven't they tried to get into the US market through the piers who do the same in the US and grow their business with these connections?? any thoughts????
