GVSI share buyback

On the corporate side the company is preparing to file with FINRA for a name change, and has a very exciting potential share buyback on the table starting with a sizable percentage of the float being bought back from a former insider. More details about this transaction are expected to be released very shortly, but it is the goal of new management to tighten up the share structure as much as possible before the new name take effect so that the company can begin laying the foundation to become fully reporting, and possibly move up to a more reputable market before the end of 2016.
