Well I have done enough research on Mr Snapers that I am personally satisfied with his scientific brilliance and his integrity. My only concern has been his business sense. Mr Radovich seems to have filled that spot so far. Judgement still reserved but hopeful. As far as the certificate I trust Snaper so I trust the certificate.
