Shares outstanding are higher then 5 billion. In fourth quarter they raised AS and OS went up about 600 ,milly. The last time I checked no shares were sold from Nov.2015 until about 4-5 weeks ago. Just in IBOX, I Updated that info. Also call TA they are not gagged.

So no selling from Nov, is another suspect that maybe this company is in trouble, its the last time we also really heard from company. Not a great sign, but still watching.
