Your entire argument is based solely on conjecture!

You and your fellow whiners have no idea why the many MOU's and other agreements have not moved forward. There is no indication that the reason is because NPWZ has failed in some respect!!!!

It seams clear that they are looking for a licensing agreement and a partner to produce the fuel cells at a reasonable price. The completion of the MOU's may follow.

I personally have over 400k invested in the fuel cell industry as a whole and right now it's down over 70 to 90 percent across the board!!!

If you can tell me the name of one fuel cell company that is making money for their investors I will never post on this site again!
Also if you can demonstrate one article indicating that NPWZ is a fraud I'll sell all my shares tomorrow at a loss!!!

Otherwise save the whining for your stock broker friends and family. It has no place here.
