I agree but Greece is still playing hardball.
There are real reforms that Greece needs to attend to. The EU has bailed them out so many times they are tired of asking for reform and never seeing it. This time they want to see legislation enacted and enforced in Greece to see a permanent and positive change in direction. Anything less and I think the EU will turn their backs to Greece and move on. it is now in the hands of the Greek political arena to show this can be done and more importantly time is at hand.
