to feeling better. I found out that if you take zinc, daily, it can make a huge diff and its true. i have been taking a daily dose for about a year now i think, and have never been sick sick. i have started to get this or that, and just feel icky but then im fine.

so, now i have the hubby taking it for a couple months so far, and he too might start to get something and is then fine.

i usually get something big at least 2 times a year and so far, so good.

i went on line to find out all i could about zinc and no one really knows what dosage to take and im not big on swallowing pills, so, i found out that the right amount (although no one knows the exact) is in the zinc chewables (in the cold and flu section). seems to be working for us.

and yes, idol has been the worst mess yet so far. its a freak show but with some good talent finally showing up.
