My DD uncovered AMER was granted 7.5MM shares from a previous company related to software development. The address shown at that time was Berlin. This transaction appeared to take place more than two if not three years ago. I thought odd when I saw his 13 G show up last year. When I saw his 13 G appear I realized that I probably should file one as well. So that Scott guy was investor that sunk a bunch of retirement coin into this in hopes for a better life for him and his two children. Looked like a no lose opportunity for both short and long term. Humor Me Once is all I ask of BIGG mgmt in some sort of public statement.
