I did ask about both items. The replies were they are very busy, primarily with shipping petri plates to multiple customers. "Clients" was the term used. For the N-Assay, Mr. Barnhizer stated I should read the press release re: customization of the N-Assay for one of the largest medical device companies in the world. I thought he said "largest" initially in the conversation but he used the term "one of the largest" at the end in summarizing. I know one of the largest, and possibly the largest, is here in Ireland. Our tax structure makes that happen. The States should learn from that.

He said the N-Assay paper is in the hands of a major medical journal and sequester guidelines prevent mention of which journal, acceptance, or publication until after the fact of publication, which I understand to be common practice. He did say papers can only be submitted to one journal, rather than multiple journals, at a time. I wasn't familiar with that restriction. It's likely that the process is drawn out as a result although with current technology one would think the peer review process would be more rapid than in the past when it comes to fact-checking.
