I am a user/believer in anatabine. I have to say that if I was not already a believer in anatabine, that video would not have caused me to invest. There are too many promising competitive treatments for psoriasis on the horizon. If CT@X's current Phase 2 for Prurisol in pill form is successful, (top line results expected in early May), then it could well become the primary treatment option for psoriasis. The preclinicals were done using human tissue xenograft mouse models and the results were spectacular and durable.
Then there is GA@T's currently underway POC trial using its galactin inhibitor drug. One of the patients in their Phase 1 trial had psoriasis that went away while he was on the drug. So now they are doing a 30 patient POC to evaluate the drug's potential for psoriasis.
I really wish they would pursue something simple like allergies and get the stuff approved for sale!
