The rest of the convertibles will only convert if they do not think the company has any chance of moving forward. But then they can only do so if there are buyers, and right now there are none. Chicken and egg story. So far as I know, all previous conversions including the ones announced in early Jan. were not privy to the fact that the company received approval for its NDA. So yes, the company cannot move forward without disclosing where the funds would come from to move forward. So we are left with just two choices. One - the company does not find any good samaritans (other than toxic convertibles), in which case a dead stock looks even deader, nothing more, nothing less, and nothing to crow about...Two - they find some funders/VCs and we are off to the races. Remember, and this is most important...the market cap of the company is onlyaround 700k at the moment, and will be <2 million even with 13 billion more shares added if the SP remains at 0.0001...as the GEICO ad used to say, even the cave man can understand that...
