OSTK - NSS is still in the system for OSTK and hundreds of other exchange listed stocks.

The Wall Street Brokers and Bankers have sold electronic equity entitlements by the billions, to the tune of trillions of dollars.

They put an IOU in electronic form, and the take the cash out the back end.

A full audit of the system would expose the fraud and corruption.

Anyway, I have my opinion of how shares should be located and borrowed, and who should be paid interest for the borrow.
