I have no idea how many BAM stock holders took the bait. Both my brother and myself are two of the suckers. I think it would be foolish to convert the BAM stock into Bork stock as the cost of conversion would buy many more Bork's than would be netted by the conversion.
From everything I could find, you cannot write off the stock until it is worthless - meaning bankrupt, out of business and no longer traded.
I think I have a better chance of hitting the Powerball - twice, than I do of ever getting any of my Bork money back.
