The two main developments include the advancement of closing our deals with big box retail chain stores and Distributor Sign Ups of our InkWay USA/Ink-X.com refill stations.

Greene Concepts has made prolific recent updates as described below:

1)AccuBrite™ -Big Box Chain Store Retail - We continue to move forward toward procuring several large big box retail chain stores. We have signed a contract with a former big box retail chain store buying executive who has connections throughout the industry. Through the buyer’s vast connections, we are pursuing a massive sales increase of our INK-Telligence and Ink-4-Life refill systems. The individual we have signed with provides us many avenues into large big box retail chains we did not previously have. The person we signed with understands our vision to be a market changer and is ready to help us to explode as a company. He is taking the company with him on his upward trajectory. With his help and key connections, we are ready to go after sales and sales accounts nationwide in a way we never have before as a company. Greene Concepts is primed to reach unprecedented levels in the ink refill market, reach new customers, and push toward a major increase in shareholder value. Our goal is to become a household name in the industry and we are close to doing so. 2)InkWay USA-Ink-X.com™- Distributor Sign Ups – Back in November, 2015, our company launched www.ink-x.com. We are excited about the numerous opportunities this provides to everyone to include solving a key issue in the market. This provides another path for prolific revenue generation for distributors and shareholders. “The INK-X” app leverages Greene Concepts reseller infrastructure and expertise to gain a share of the multi-billion dollar ink cartridge industry through its introduction, roll out and mapping of the locations of our “InkWay USA Refill Stations™”. These refill stations offer local, convenient inkjet refills and remanufactured cartridge sales. We are helping people save the earth by going Green. We encourage customers to reduce their carbon foot print by not throwing empty cartridges into landfills. InkWay USA is, always has been and always will be an organization of entrepreneurs and a place to save businesses, organizations and individual’s money on all of their ink needs. Now by combining our InkWay USA Refill Stations™ with our new INK-X.com™ app and website, we give our Founders/ Distributors and new distributors an opportunity to have their own business and earn money. InkWay USA™ – Webinar Series-Synergy Compensation Plan Our webinar series will begin in February. Distributors will be shown that we have simplified our Synergy Compensation Plan to help ease the path toward revenue generation. Our launch will feature three ways to get paid. Everyone will have a replicated website allowing revenue generation for those who visit the site and/or offer direct refill solutions to others. To assist us, we have hired Andy Greider, who has previous radio talk show host and marketing experience and who is now the new voice of InkWay USA. He will help us to promote the Synergy Compensation Plan to people around the U.S. Mr. Greider will lead our upcoming webinar series, help us roll out InkWay USA, and help us deploy our current inventory which currently has a value of over $1 million dollars. With Mr. Greider onboard, our company’s direct and online marketing arm is primed for a very positive breakout which will benefit both distributors and shareholders alike. We currently have a support database of over 6,000 and believe that this number will soon become hundreds of thousands of new partners, distributors, shareholders, and interested parties. 3) Special National Projects-David Moore We have also recruited a national account sales manager, David Moore. David will work directly for Andy Greider and he will also assist us with national special projects to help us better penetrate the ink market. Several of these projects is projected to bring millions of dollars in for Greene Concepts. As we engage in these national initiatives, our third phase will grow us as a company and increase our national recognition.

Our (3) three pronged company approach of vastly increased retail sales, distributor consumer direct marketing sales, and special national project sales should enable us to soon remove ourselves from the OTC markets and into the NASDAQ.
