This makes zero sense to me...why would anyone buy a warrant that expires for 0.40 vs. a CVM share for 0.48 that doesn't? The stock price has to nearly triple before they are worth ANYTHING at expiration

This warrant price will correct itself...no way it should be more than 0.20. There will be a LOT of bid dumping today (or a corrected trade)
