LoCastro was charged a few years back with playing fast and loose with used car titles, and non delivery of used cars, or some such thing.
He was facing jail time. No idea what happened with all that.

Sadly he proved to be just as big a crook as Turino & Edwards.

I admit I held out hope he was not, but after the second fire it
was pretty obvious he was trying to cover his tracks.
