1/28/16 Conclusion: Yesterday had many concerned about the likelihood of a continuation of this bear market rally. I see weakness, but it is showing itself through very measured a small gains rather than a big rally. Our deeply oversold intermediate-term indicators normally present before nice long rallies, but in a bear market environment, the best that can be squeezed out is this less than exciting consolidation and small positive price gains. Until intermediate-term indicators get less oversold, I see more of the same consolidation and small price rallies.
