I'm with you Nomad. I don't think this is going to work out. I was optimistic until the announcement of a pending reverse split...now any hope has faded.

SWET kind of made it seem like obtaining PPA's would be the easy part after the ground work and other basic items were set up. But obtaining PPA's appears to be the step that has stopped the process and any dreams of success.

I would have liked to see the Tower tried.
