There is so much wrong in that last PR I don't know where to start. STILL in the process of audit...wasn't that to be finished half a year ago? Negotiating with Text2Bid? Wasn't it already finalized, just had to raise the cash? How are they going to use raised cash to buy both the DFS and Text2Bid? More shares issued in the DFS "investment" not a full acquisition, buying in...sad that he calls it an acqusition. How much cash? how many shares? 2000 user? That is squat. That probably isn't even active users, that is probably all that have ever open an account there. 50% probably never came back(that is my opinion)....Fan Duel will have 200k plus in one event.
