I suppose that Mona could buy out the convertible notes, but where would he get the cash?

At the end of 3Q/15, CANV had about $1.1M in cash, and most of that was needed to pay the remaining $900K of the contracts with the European hemp suppliers.

So far, it's pretty clear that noteholders are converting, so I don't think that Mona will be able to buy out the remaining tranches.
