This POS is DEAD MONEY LOL !!

It's barely trading now- with long slo-mode periods where not a single trade posts for hours or more during the day. Once the insider Form-4 buying dried up, the volumes have dropped to pathetically low levels, and the stock opens often on zero volume and just sits for hours.

Now it's dropped to a 50 CENT Bid again, just a total wipe-out of common share price and market cap.

At today's closing Bid, the market cap on this POS would be back at a paltry-

1,400,000 X .51 CENTS = $714,000 lousy bucks

Less than $1 MILLION lousy bucks for a market cap, LOL !! FANTASTIC. How long can a public traded firm survive like that???

How they gonna stay in business with that market cap- that's comedic IMO. This is a public traded company, with a market cap less than a track home in my neck of the woods, LOL???? REALLY??

AND, they now got a big ole lawsuit to defend - where's the cash for that gonna come from?

Also, the REAL BIG NEXT ROUND OF DILUTION hasn't even hit yet- the Magna 340K shares they registered, aren't even being sold and dumped yet. The SEC S-1 form they filed hasn't even been declared "effective" - so that dump truck full of new dilution shares isn't even hitting the Ask/sell dump side yet. This POS is gonna get buried IMO, the instant those shares start getting unloaded by the convertible debt boys- soon.

That was the SEC S-1 filed for the next dump truck full of Magna dilution shares- but WHERE IS THE "EFFECTIVE" statement from the SEC? It's been over a month now- so is that having "problems" now too or what?

What's possibly going to turn this mess around at this point? They're cash BROKE for all intents and purposed at any given time, now mired in another lawsuit to defend, it's not even clear IMO what "business" they're actually even in anymore as they're really not running FDA level clinical trials anymore?

So what exactly would possibly change this mess at this point? I sure can't figure it out- MAKES NO SENSE TO ME? NONE.
