Yes I know, but over the years. The closest they got was with PCBM, some of the shareholders served a subpoena to view Vinny's records. A few of the posters (one jmcjmc in particular), went crazy trying to convince people to quash the subpoena, which they did. Now why in the world was he so insistent they didn't look at Vinny's records?
Shockingly, Vinny had not one, but two fires immediately afterwards that destroyed all the records. The first fire was discovered early and extinguished, so (again shockingly), another fire was started the next day. Someone REALLY needed those records destroyed.
Did the shareholders sue anyone or even question that one poster? Nope. They did rag on a few "bashers" though.
I swear, there is a sitcom waiting to be written.
