You can go to http://www.morningstar.com/ and type in the mutual fund in question at the top in the Quote box. Then in the menu bar about 1/3 of the screen down from the top you'll find "Portfolio" so click on that. That new page will have a section called "Sector Weightings" about 1/2 way down the page. It will show the sector weights as well as what the weights are in a comparable benchmark or fund category.

Note that the date of the information isn't current, but might be as much as 3 or 4 months in history.

Also note near the top of the page where it says "Summary", "Holdings" and "Premium" that you can click on Holdings and it will give you information on the fund's investments in individual stocks.
