Over the last two weeks I have contacted Nanologix for current data on outstanding shares

What I have received has been posted under the relevant sections in the Introduction.

What I personally find very interesting is the numbers indicate Nanologix issued only 650,000 shares in all of 2015

That indicates to me that they must be increasing revenue significantly if they either issued that amount as share compensation to officers or to PIPE purchasers and have been obviously able to maintain operations without massive dilution through stock sales.
