What you stated is too broad and may not be correct. The reason the SCOTUS had agreed to take on this case is because of different standard used by the Courts the in their rulings regarding "broadest reasonable interpretation."
In the end SCOTUS will decide a uniform standard for all to follow, and it may or may not reject/accept the "broadest reasonable interpretation" standard currently being interpreted by various jurisdictions.
