IMO Walsh lost his credibility by trying to cover for SonCavs' failures. He had to stay in their good graces while they were messing up and making him look like a lier, scammer and idiot. Walsh had a good business plan that completely failed and caused huge dilution to investors due to the unexpected delays and failure to deliver the UCG in a timely manner. They have been delivered now. Let's see if SonCav can build out the piping and put a final testing plan together that includes a reputable third party to run it, a company that customers will trust. I would think that results are still three months out if all goes well. If it needs to be improved again....who knows.
