I disagree with you that this is fluff. Last quarter they said they needed to do further testing to confirm that the catalyst was indeed as efficient as they thought it was. Now they are saying they have completed that testing and that it was successful. That is substantial in my opinion. I wouldn't be surprised if that leads to them filing for a patent on the catalyst. Each patent they acquire means a new potential licensing agreement which means revenue.

You guys are ready for the house to be built but they haven't even finished pouring the foundation yet. The worst thing in the world would be to bring a bad product to market. Revolutionary technology takes a while to develop and come to market so quit expecting the next PR is going to make you rich and then getting mad when it doesn't. Even when they have a prototype, shares will go up but until they get off the OTC market and on to a major exchange the shares will never realize their potential and that could take a while.
