I can't even count how many times there are lawsuits against publicly traded stocks - happens all the time - especially when a stock drops a good deal - there is always someone looking for a crime. Personally, I ignore them. The only one I ever filled out and may have a chance of collecting something from was MF Global. I would check the major news wires and make sure the lawsuit is legit before you give any info to them if you do decide to proceed.
