THIS IS WHAT I'VE BEEN TELLING PEOPLE. THE REVERSE IS ALSO TRUE. IF YOU VOTE THE GOLD CARD AFTER YOU VOTE THE WHITE CARD, YOU CANCEL OUT THE VOTES ON THE WHITE CARD.



THIS SMACKS OF DELIBERATE OBFUSCATION BY THE WILSON GROUP OF NOMINEES.



The strategy is clear. They knew full well that by delaying and not cooperating to get their candidates on the company proxy material, they could mail out their cards after the company cards were mailed out. Then, confused people who already voted the white card and are against the Gold card nominees would vote to withhold all nominees on the gold card, thereby also cancelling their votes for the management nominees on the white card.


IF YOU ARE VOTING FOR THE SLATE ON THE WHITE CARD DO NOT RETURN OR ELECTRONICALLY SUBMIT THE GOLD CARD PERIOD.


IF YOU RETURN THE GOLD CARD AFTER VOTING THE WHITE CARD AND MARK IT "WITHHOLD ALL NOMINEES" YOU HAVE CANCELLED OUT YOUR VOTES FOR THE NOMINEES ON THE WHITE CARD AS WELL.

IF YOU RETURN THE GOLD CARD AFTER VOTING THE WHITE CARD AND DON'T MAKE ANY SELECTIONS (LEAVE IT BLANK), YOU HAVE CANCELLED OUT YOUR VOTES FOR THE NOMINEES ON THE WHITE CARD AND VOTED FOR THE NOMINEES ON THE GOLD CARD.
