No legitimate professional would use that report for anything besides a fire starter. There is nothing redeeming or factual about the report. The fact that they called it an "NI 43-101 Report" when it is nothing of the sort means it is worthless from the get go. Any real professional would recognize that in 3 seconds and give that joke of a bogus report a wide birth.
