Fife and his company Tonaquint were the "funders" for another mining scam that I followed a couple years back. In researching Fife, I was amazed how he sets up his companies. There are 4 or 5 layers of subsidiaries to each company before you could get at Fife. He learned his lesson a decade ago when he was convicted of fraud, and decided to get smart and do things in a more clever manner....
