Can anybody trace the corp name since incorporation?

I joined this message board when the entity was known as Symposium Productions doing business as Symposium Entertainment and it was
then located at 447 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014. It was and
remains a Florida entity.

I have not been to this Board in a long time. Is there any reason to believe they do any business of any kind here in the United States?

Does anybody know if they have a bank reference?

The answers to my inquiries would be nice to know to bring me current. Thank you very much.
