Yeah. One reason I stopped investing in startups. They always need cash. Even if there is no toxic financing, dilution will usually finish you off. And here comes the really bad part. If they get a large purchase order, they need even more cash! Because they have to buy all that equipment/machinery/inventory. Sick of it.

Look at SIAF. They are making $70M per year. And what's holding them back right now? exactly. Cash flow/financing/funding.

Perhaps there is a direct relationship between financing and success rate (share price). So it's going to be interesting to watch. As this is a first for me too.
